PHILIP JOHN BLAYDON It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of John our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. John passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Concordia Hospital with his family by his side at the age of 85 years. John was born in 1924, just outside of Ninga, Manitoba. He enjoyed gardening, photography, woodworking, winemaking, and numerous hobbies. His true passion was travelling with his true love Joyce. He was predeceased by his sister Doreen and daughter Cathy. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joyce, sister Florence, brother Robert; daughters Cindy and Carol; grandchildren Nathan, Carrie, Melissa, and Kelsey; many great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. A special thank you to the caring staff in intensive care at the Concordia Hospital.
