NORMA JEAN BUNNELL (VADEBONCOEUR) (nee HARRISON) May 13, 1929 - May 11, 2009 Norma passed away in Edmonton on May 11, 2009 following a short illness. She was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Grace Harrison. Norma is survived by her daughter Denise (Wayne) Palmer, and grandchildren Mitchell (Jackie), Corrine, Hilary and Todd. She is also survived by her sister Doreen (Les) Girling, nieces Linda (Tim), Cynthia (Ron) and nephew Bill (Linda), as well as great nieces and nephews. Music and singing were Norma's passion. She sang professionally while living in Winnipeg. Norma was a member of the James Duncan Singers, and with this group performed musical theatre at The Hollow Mug. She also performed at Rainbow Stage. In Edmonton Norma was a member of The Richard Eaton Singers. She also loved animals, especially horses, which she and her former husband raised in the 1980s. Her passing has deeply saddened family and friends. A celebration of Norma's life will be held in August in Winnipeg.
