Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLLIS IRENE DALES (nee GRIFFITH) Peacefully after a brief illness it is with deep regret that we announce the death of our beloved wife, mother and oma on Sunday, May 31, 2009, at the Grace Hospital at the age of 80 years. Remaining to forever cherish Phyllis' memory are her loving husband of 52 years Davis; daughter Judy (Garth); grandsons Tyler, Travis Bromley and son Bruce; sisters Doris Griffith, Florence (Lloyd) Horan. Phyllis had a love of nursing and a love of people. She will be missed by all who met her. On Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Phyllis' Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family would like to thank the ICU staff at the Grace Hospital for their great care. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Phyllis' name to the Grace Hospital Intensive Care Unit, 300 Booth Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3M7. We Love You Oma!
