Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRHIENHART (RON) KIMMEL Peacefully on June 1, 2009, Rhienhart passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. Rhienhart will be lovingly remembered by his three sons, Ron (Ann) and their children Tammy and Jason, Don (Brenda) and Garry. Rhienhart was predeceased by his loving wife Nellie, his two brothers, Ed and William and three sisters Wanda, Lillian and Freda. Surviving is his younger sister Della who resides in Toronto. During the Second World War, Rhienhart spent his early years as a gunner's mate on a freighter in the Merchant Navy. After the war he settled in Winnipeg where he worked at Burns Meats for 43 years and raised his family in the Weston area of the city. Evenings were spent as a beer waiter at the local Legions and Army and Navy Halls. After Nellie's passing Rhienhart was lonely and looked forward to his evening outings to play in Cribbage tournaments at the Legion halls and his nights playing Blackjack at the McPhillip's Street Station where he made many new friends. In keeping with Rhienhart's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
