Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE AMRUD Peacefully on June 1, 2009 after a lengthy illness, we sadly announce the passing of our sister and aunt, Elsie Jean Amrud. Left to mourn her passing is her sister Rilla, many nieces and nephews, special friends and neighbours. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Sam, parents Lloyd and Jean; sisters Marion, Elva and Ellen; and brothers Charley and Orval. Elsie was born in Central Butte, Saskatchewan on October 30, 1931 and lived on a farm for many years. She also lived in Kindersley, Saskatchewan where she worked as a telephone operator. In 1957 she moved to Winnipeg. Elsie was a parishioner of Deer Lodge Church. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses on the 5th floor at the Grace Hospital for their care and kindness. Elsie has requested a small graveside service for close friends and family. Service will be held Friday, June 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., meeting at the Funeral Home. CHAPEL LAWN 885-9715
