MURIEL (CORY) CORRINE CURTIS Muriel (Cory) Corrine Curtis passed away in Ste. Anne, Manitoba on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the age of 79 years. Remaining to forever cherish Cory's memory are her daughter Lori Verrier (Louis); sons Patrick Curtis (Kathy), Bob Vital; grandchildren Scott, Jaime, Kristy, D.J., Samantha and great- grandchild, Jared. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Curtis. The youngest of 12 children, nine girls and three boys, Cory was born in Shepard, Alberta. She joined the Air Force at the age of 21 as an Air Traffic Controller, and later an Interior Decorator for 28 years. Cory and Don retired in 1985, and spent their winters in Florida. She was the best wife, mother and nana. Cory was the most kind and gentle woman, known as Nintendo Nana to her grandchildren. She loved playing golf and bridge. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In compliance with Cory's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held.
