HUGH CAMPBELL September 3, 1916 - June 5, 2009 Hugh, beloved husband of Margaret Campbell, passed away on June 5, 2009. Hugh was born in St. James, the youngest son of Agnes and Mathew Campbell. He received his education at Linwood School and United College. He was employed by #7 Equipment Depot and later the Department of National Revenue. After 28 years of service he took an early retirement in 1974. Hugh was a member of Sturgeon Creek United Church and later Knox United Church. Hugh is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret, of 65 years. Other survivors include nieces and nephews and cousins in Canada and Scotland. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Allison and brother David. In keeping to Hugh's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
