Daddy will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Rosa, Thelma Lavallee (René), April, Brenda Favell (Garnet), Denise (Darrell), Kathleen Lomax (Barry) and Muriel Lomax (Leon) as well as 24 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. Dad always loved to play cards and he never said no to a good poker game as he loved to gamble, one of his favorite past times. He also loved to play crib everyday. His wit was quick with jokes all the time. His shoulder was there whenever we needed it, as was his ears. He worked all his life, starting when he was 14 up until he was 72. He told us many stories about his travels, especially Great Slave Lake, one of his favorite places. He always loved to spend time with the grandchildren the most. He loved to play and tease them. Prayers will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and his Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. both taking place at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street.
