Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA J. (PAT) KEILBACK The world's greatest wife and mother of seven passed into eternity on March 4, 2009, in Phoenix, Arizona. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, former sportscaster Jim Keilback of Sun City West, Arizona; daughters Lois Keilback of Regina, Ginny Keilback and Andrea (Mike) Schoenecker of Phoenix; sons Curt (Linda) and Jay of Winnipeg, Drew (Dawn) of Burnaby, Reid (Jackie) of Phoenix; brother Bill (Joyce) Blain of Winnipeg; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pat was born in Winnipeg on January 31, 1928, to Thomas and Ethel Blain. Pat's passion was raising a loving family. She began married life in Brandon and Winnipeg, then moved to Yorkton, Saskatchewan, where she spent eleven years. After briefly residing in Regina, the family moved to Phoenix in 1973, where Pat was employed by Adell Furs. A memorial service will be held in Winnipeg at 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009, at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Drive, with Rev. Dr. Sharon Wilson officiating. Light lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Pat's memory may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, R3A 1P6.
