MARGARET ROSE WALLIS (nee SHUEL) 1939 - 2009 Margaret Rose Wallis passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 14, 2009, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born September 10, 1939 in Windsor, Ontario, she was the eldest of the five children born to Lorne and Olive Shuel. She will be lovingly remembered as a wife, mother, sister and Margaret by her husband Albert; daughter Wendy (Frank); son Shawn (Jodie); grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda and Phillip. She is survived by her sister Daisy (Karl) Light and brothers, Carl Shuel, John Shuel and Edwin (Judy) Shuel. She will also be missed by her pets, Kippy and Kira. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Lorne and Olive Shuel. Margaret had a true passion for flowers and gardening and was actively involved volunteering with Unit Four at the Silver Heights United Church. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Silver Heights United Church, 199 Garrioch, St. James, with interment to follow at a later date.
