JOHNNY KONSTANTY GULAKOW (JOHNNY G) February 21, 1953 - June 15, 2009 Peacefully with his family by his side Johnny Gulakow passed away at the St. Pierre Jolys hospital at the age of 56. Johnny will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Tanya; son Derek (Jannie); mother Sophie; granddaughters Skylar, Sierra and Kaedyn; brothers Peter, Kenny and David (Yvonne); close family friend Joe Hudrick (Papa Joe) as well as nieces, nephews, family and friends. Johnny was predeceased by his father Konstanty; sister-in-law Kathy Gulakow as well as various uncles, aunts and friends. Johnny was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and lived his entire life in Lorette, MB where his love of vehicles chose his career path as a mechanic. Johnny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially with his three young granddaughters. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the doctors and nurses at the St. Pierre Jolys Hospital for the care and consideration given to their father. We hold you close within our hearts, And there you will remain, To walk with us throughout our lives, Until we meet again. Family, Close Friends and Co-Workers are invited to the Celebration of Johnny's Life on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home. Urn placement to follow in Holy Angel Mausoleum.
