MARCI (KLIMAN) TENENBAUM After a courageous battle with cancer, Marci passed away on June 4, 2009 in Toronto. She was the beloved wife of Benny, adored mother of Ari (Naomi), Mark (Alyssa), Noah and Dori, treasured grandmother to Yonah, Leora and Hila. Marci is mourned by her parents, Lou and Estelle Kliman; siblings Danny (Marcia), Sandra (Jeff), Jeffrey (Katarina), loving nieces and nephews and extended family and friends in Canada and USA. Born on October 13, 1954, Marci was raised in McCreary, MB until 1962 when the family moved to Winnipeg. She attended Montrose, River Heights and Grant Park schools, went on to receive her BA from U of W. She moved to Toronto, married and raised her family. Those who were fortunate to have known Marci will remember her ability to make each one feel special. Her devotion to her family, friends and her faith bore no limits. Her compassion for others affected with cancer convinced her to work for years with a support group which she had co-founded. A self proclaimed Prairie Daughter, Marci will be remembered for her genuine smile, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved and admired her.
