LORRAINE AVANTHAY Suddenly on June 16, 2009 at the age of 62 years, Lorraine Avanthay has gone home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, with her daughter Shanon and her family by her side at the St. Boniface Hospital. Lorraine will be lovingly remembered by her children Ryan, Shanon (Trevor); grandchildren Kye, and Lian; brothers Louis (Sheila), Albert (Birdie), Raymond (Devona); nephews and nieces Darin (Debbie), Derek (Nympha), Cheryl, Robbie, Annette (Lionel); numerous great nephews and nieces; also special friends Pam and Diane. She was predeceased by her Mom and Dad, and sister-in-law Barb. A celebration of Lorraine's life will take place on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Home with Pastor Duane Siemens officiating.
