Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCANON RICHARD GREGG ARMSTRONG Canon Richard Gregg Armstrong quietly passed away in Edmonton on June 20, 2009. He leaves to mourn his wife Dona of 53 years, children Mark (Fran), and Pauline Josey (Ronnie) and grandchildren (Heather, Ian, Luke of Edmonton; David and Maria of Halifax). Gregg served overseas during the Second World War. He studied Commerce and Divinity (Montreal School of Theology). He served as priest in the dioceses of Keewatin (Pine Falls, Atikokan, Rainy River) and Rupertsland (Winnipeg), before retiring. More recently he moved to Edmonton. Memorial services will be held at Christ Church, Edmonton, 1:00 p.m. July 16, 2009, and at St. Bede's Church, Winnipeg, 1:00 p.m. August 14, 2009. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Primate's World Relief and Development Fund (pwrdf.org, 866-308-7973)
