INEZ BERNICE HELEN LANGTRY (CARROLL) January 16, 1925 June 20, 2009 Inez Langtry passed away at the Mayfair Care Centre in Calgary at 1:45 p.m. on June 20, 2009 at the of age 84 years. Beloved mother of Randy, Carroll and Kathleen; caring grandmother of Robert, Chris and Danielle; and dear sister of Jean, Robert, Ruth and Gerry. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Edward; sisters, Harriet, Joyce, and Marjorie and brother George. Inez was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After marrying Robert in 1950, they moved to Calgary where she worked at Varsity Acres Elementary. Inez moved to Victoria in 1974. She and Robert retired to Winnipeg and then moved back to Calgary where she spent her remaining years. Special thanks to the staff at Mayfair Care Centre for their care and devotion to Mom in her final days. A celebration of Inez's life will be held at Pierson's Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 17 Avenue SE, Calgary, on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Inez's name may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, #204, 2323-32nd Ave N.E., Calgary, Alberta T2E 6Z3.
