ROSAIRE DION Mr. Rosaire Dion, aged 73 years, of Powerview, MB, dearly beloved husband of the late Suzanne Dion, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Pine Falls Hospital, Pine Falls, MB. Rosaire was born in Quebec and moved to Manitoba in the early 1960s. He and Suzanne married in 1963 in Powerview and raised their five children, Pierre (Andrea), Michelle (Ken) Mikolayanko, Anita (Sylvia), Ginette and Robert (Sheila). He is also survived by his grandchildren Brittney (Chris), Jaynie and Stacey; his sister Antoinette and brother Louis, his mother-in-law Virginia and sisters-in-law Irene (Jean), Colette (John), Claire (Bob) and Lucille. He was predeceased by his wife Suzanne, his parents François and Florilda, his siblings Gérard, Yvonne, Laura, Alfred, Paul Emile, Georges, Léo and Thèrése, father-in-law Omer and brother-in-law Louis. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 30 at 1:00 p.m. at the Notre Dame du Laus Roman Catholic Church, Powerview, MB, preceded by prayers at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Fr. James Gray presiding. The family wishes to thank Rosaire's close friends Jean Belanger, Pat Berthelette, Gilles Avanthay, staff at the Pine Falls Hospital and Denise, Louise, Jeannette, Della, Loraine and Don.
