RITA GOEBEL (nee PELOQUIN) Oh for the touch of a vanished hand and the sound of a voice that is still. Lord Alfred Tennyson Suddenly on Sunday, June 28, 2009, Rita Goebel passed away at Concordia Hospital. Rita will be lovingly remembered by husband Alfred, sisters, Annette, Marthe, and Jeanne, sisters-in-law, Irene Bourrier, Evelyn Turenne (Robert) and Dorothy Davison (Scott), brother-in-law Omer Marcoux. Rita was predeceased by her parents, brothers, Lionel. And Roland, brothers-in-law, Albert Morrisett, and Gus Arnal. Rita went to school in St. Pierre, MB and took commercial courses at St. Joseph's Academy in St. Boniface. She was secretary to the Superintendent of St. Boniface School Division and to Premier Edward Schreyer and for a few months to the Governor General Memorial mass will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009 at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood with Rev.
