PATRICK JOHN VAN CAESEELE 1946 - 2009 It is with deep sorrow and pain that we announce the passing of Pat, beloved Husband, Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather. Pat passed away June 28, 2009 at St. Boniface Hospital. Pat will be remembered for his concern for others, his sense of humour, especially his (Joi de Vie). The best (SCRAPPER) can now do his favourite and beloved hobby all the time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation. In keeping with Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
