EDWARD (TED) BYERS September 10, 1919 - July 1, 2009 It is with great sadness the family of Ted Byers announces his peaceful passing on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at the Grace Hospital. Ted was predeceased by his parents Ada and Frederick Byers, loving wife Viola and brother Lenord. Left to cherish his memory are his children Sharon (Jerry) Bashura, Bruce Byers, Grant (Debbie) Byers, Dawn (Victor) LeBlanc, grandchildren Tracy Bashura, Tanya (Gary) Farkus, Andrew Bashura and great-grandson Draven Kroker. Ted was born in Winnipeg, spending most of his youth in Matlock, MB. Ted's greatest pride was the years he spent in the Royal Canadian Airforce. Ted was a member of the #4 St. James Legion and Scottish Rite of Free Masonry - St. James Lodge 121. As per Ted's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family interment will occur at a later date. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
