He is survived by his wife Claudia, daughters Deborah and Abigail, his parents Richard and Mary Chernesky, his sister Terri-Jane Yuzda (Todd), and three nieces, Tessa, Taryn and Tristen, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Oakbank Baptist Church (26033 Springfield Road, Oakbank, MB).
