Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES HARRIETT WILLIAMS After a lengthy illness, on July 8, 2009 Frances Harriett Williams passed away peacefully at Deer Lodge Centre. Frances will be lovingly missed by her husband Ed; sons Randy (Debbie), Jeff (Alice), David (Jewel), Wayne (Angie); and grandchildren Michael, Leandra, Larissa, Mathew, Christine, Devon, and Tatiana. Fran was an amazing woman. She raised her family of four boys while at the same time working full-time at the Winnipeg School Division and attending University of Winnipeg, graduating with a B.A. in 1970 at the age of 36 years. Fran married Ed January 15, 1955. They lived in Winnipeg and after the boys got older enjoyed many winters in Phoenix until Fran's battle with diabetes and strokes required her to live at Deer Lodge. Even with her diminished capabilities, she still managed to bring smiles to everyone who knew her. The family would like to thank staff, residents and visitors at Deer Lodge for the friendship they have shown Fran and Ed over the years. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009 at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 730 McPhillips Street with the Reverend Rod Sprange and Reverend Father Bob English officiating. Cremation has taken place.
