Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN GIESBRECHT Peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital, Helen Giesbrecht passed away on July 7, 2009 She is survived by her children, Brenda, Garth (Sarah) and grandchildren Abby and Zoe, and Sheila (Rich) and grandchildren Walker and Juniper. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald in 2000. Helen Giesbrecht was born in Lena, Manitoba in 1931. She moved with her family to southern Ontario in 1946. She married Ron Giesbrecht in 1964, and returned to Manitoba. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Bethel Mennonite Church, Carter and Stafford, with interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee, 134 Plaza Dr., Winnipeg, MB R3T 5K9; or to the Medicine and Miracles Campaign, Victoria Hospital, 2340 Pembina Hwy., Winnipeg, MB R3T 2E8.
