Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID HOFFMAN September 3, 1945 - July 9, 2009 Sadly and far too soon, David passed away on July 9, 2009. Beloved husband of Anne and devoted father to Aviva (Scott), Efrem and Ari. Dear brother of Lynne (Bruce). Son of the late Allan and Ruby Hoffman. Although leaving us much too soon, we cherish our memories of a kind, hardworking, loyal, musical and witty individual. Graveside service will be held Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, Armstrong and Main. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

I worked with Dave during the early 80's at Oakley Optical. He was so passionate about glasses and always on the cutting edge of new designs. So full of life and energy. I found out today ( March 29th 2012) when I was getting a new pair of glasses at Joss Vision of his passing. Just couldn't believe it. I offer my heartfelt sympathy on your loss.
