HAZEL BLACK Peacefully at North York General Hospital, Toronto on Monday, July 13, 2009. Hazel, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Jim Black. Dear mother of Beverley (Wayne) McLeod, Maureen Olson and Milton Black. Loving grandmother (Boo) of Heather (Liam) Kilmurray, Pam (Marc) Vitalis, Charlene, Julia and Laureen, as well as ten great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff of 4 West, North York General Hospital and Dr. I. Fefferman and Dr. R. Block, for their compassionate care. A memorial service will be held in Winnipeg this August, at a date to be announced.
