STELLA FOSTER (nee HLADY) Surrounded by her family, Stella passed away peacefully at the age of 67 years old on July 14, 2009 at the Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon. Stella was predeceased by her husband Bob in 2006, and her parents, Peter and Sophie Hlady. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children: Wayne (Becky) Foster, Glenn (fiancée Carrie) Foster, Barbara Foster, Shelley (Carl) Woloshyn; six grandchildren: Amanda (Alexis), Mark (Amber), Melissa, Kyle, Jeremy and Noah, and one great-grandson Liam. Stella is survived by one sister Rose (Wayne) Bell from Calgary, one sister-in-law May Roberts from BC and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and one godchild Janice Panteluk. Stella worked at Tache Nursing Centre, as a Nursing Assistant for many years, and enjoyed her job very much, until she was diagnosed with lung cancer. The family would like to thank Cancer Care doctors: Dr. Navaratnam, Dr. Fatoye, and Dr. Sheila Domke, who has been Mom's doctor for many years as well as the doctors and nurses at Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon. Funeral Service will be held on July 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Father Jean Maxiniuk will officiate at the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Avenue. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
