MARIA (MANJA) REIMER 1915 - 2009 Our mother passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2009 at Concordia Hospital, surrounded by her family. Mother was born in Durilow, Russia, on March 9, 1915. She will be lovingly remembered by her four daughters, Lydia (Peter) Janzen, Helen (Edward) Klassen, Joanne (Frank) Rempel, Agnes (John) Olfert, 26 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. Mother was predeceased by her parents, seven sisters, one brother and their spouses, and our father. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. C. Loepp and the staff at Concordia Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren Church, 1315 Gateway Road. Interment to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. A viewing service will be Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 p.m. at Donwood Manor, 171 Donwood Drive, and at the church prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Donwood Manor Chaplaincy Program or Cancer Care Manitoba.
