Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE BENNETT GROSE October 31, 1926 - July 14, 2009 On July 14, 2009, Ben passed away at Teulon Memorial Hospital with family at his side. Survived by his loving wife, Helen of 52 years, children Sonya (Terry), Lynda (Dave), Heather, Andrew (Terri), Patrick (Karin), Pamela (Dwight), Peter (Carla) and grandchildren Steven, Jared, Reid, Larah, Dana, Quinn, Hailey, Jordan, Jesse, Jaxson, Gary, Tyler, Drue and Sydney; brother Bruce and sisters Arlene, Yvonne and Phyllis. Ben was born in Mount Albert, Ontario, where he grew up on the Grose Family Farm. Later moved to Winnipeg to pursue his career in education. Ben and Helen moved to Happy Harperville in 1966 where they reside today. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mental Health Association of Manitoba. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 20, 2009 at Inwood Memorial Hall. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements
