FELIKSA (PHYLLIS) MACIASZEK On July 16, 2009 at Concordia Hospital, Feliksa passed away at the age of 85 years. Feliksa is survived by daughters Cecile (Henry) Gobeil and Elizabeth Maciaszek; son Leslie (Marilyn) Maciaszek; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Zygmunt; son Andy, parents and siblings. Feliksa was born in Poland and during the Second World War she married Zygmunt and gave birth to four children in four different countries. They immigrated to Canada in 1951. Feliksa loved cooking, crocheting and being with family. She will be sadly missed by all. The family would like to thank the paramedics, Concordia Hospital, her neighbours, her home care girls, especially Debbie and Leona and everyone at 565 K. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Cremation will follow with interment at South Junction. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Feliksa's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. 586-8044
