HARVEY WIENS December 8, 1944 July 20, 2009 It is with sadness we announce the passing of Harvey on July 20, 2009. After a long fight with cancer, he died quietly in his home with his daughter at his side. He is survived by his daughter Tanis; son Travis (Linda); grandchildren, Aidan, Kameron and Connor; the mother of his children Marlene; sister Helenann (Bill); brothers John (Betty), Robert (Tina) and Harold (Marie). He was predeceased by his sister Cathy; brothers Peter and Abe. A celebration of his life will take place at Wiebe Funeral Home, Altona, MB on Friday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. We welcome friends and family to come and share some fond memories with us. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harvey's memory to: The Manitoba Lung Association or Cancer Care Manitoba.
