LINDA GAIL RITSON On July 5, 2009 Linda Gail Ritson (Smith), age 62, of Nobleton, Ontario, passed away at Princess Margaret Hospital after a brave battle with cancer. Loving wife of 41 years to husband Tom, beloved mother to her children Kelly, Kevin (Darlene) Tracy (Mike), and devoted grandmother of Alexandra and Emily. Linda is also survived by her mother Etha, sister Susan (Bill), and brother Bruce (Maureen), all of Winnipeg. Linda and Tom were married in Winnipeg in 1968 and moved to the Toronto area in 1972 along with their three children. The family lived in Scarborough, Markham, Don Mills and Maple before moving to Nobleton in 2006. Treasured by loved ones for her warmth, compassion and kindness, Linda will be deeply missed by her family as well as her many friends. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 14. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation in her memory.
