Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLGA WILGOSH With loved ones at her side Olga Wilgosh (nee Stacey) crossed over into the presence of her Lord on Friday, July 24, 2009 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. Born February 6, 1927 in St. Norbert, Manitoba, where her father was Reeve and Secretary Treasurer of the newly formed school division, Olga married John Wilgosh (predeceased) of Invermay, Saskatchewan on January 31, 1948. She experienced bereavement young at the loss of their first born, Michael. Raising a family of four, Leonard of Winnipeg (Bernice Wilgosh), Jean Mathurin of Winnipeg (Ed Mathurin), Elsie Rojeski of Gimili (Ed Rojeski) and Richard of Kelowna, BC (Emily Wilgosh), she will be remembered as a mother who both listened and understood. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Richard and Darlene (Garth), John and Adam, Evelyn (Mark) and Cheryl (Tim) and Nathaniel and Naomi and her great-grandchildren Carson, Spencer and Hudson and sister Julia Stacey. Olga made everyone feel comfortable and welcome in her presence and will be remembered by all as a sweet lady . Viewing to be held on Tuesday, July 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline St., Selkirk, MB. Officiated by Reverend Michael Koryluk, the remembrance service will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Avenue on Wednesday, July 29 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers are Garth Blumm, Adam Wilgosh, Nathaniel Wilgosh, John Wilgosh, Richard Mathurin and Ron Stecy. In lieu of flowers donations are encouraged to be directed to Faith Bible Camp, P.O. Box 42059, RPO Ferry Road, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3X7. A sincere thank you to the staff of Pastels Restaurant for their kindly service over the past years.
