Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATE ADELINE SMALL (nee COOK-STRAIGHT) September 23, 1958 July 27, 2009 Suddenly on July 27, 2009, we lost our beloved mother, sister, friend, cousin and aunt. She leaves to mourn her beautiful children Vanessa and Jessica, her dear friend Jeffrey (Bucker) McLeod, also the father of her children Ken Small as well as many friends and family. Kate was predeceased by her daughter Ashley and her parents Edna and Stewart Straight. Kate was a wonderful woman and mother to all that came to her door. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with a Wake to follow at the House of Prayer in Scanterbury. Interment will take place on Friday, July 31 at 4:00 p.m. in the Scanterbury Cemetery. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
