Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJASON PAUL LEMAY It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden death of Jason Paul Lemay on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at the age of 38 years. Jason died in Vancouver, where he lived for many years, caring for his long time companion Raven Alexander. He leaves to mourn his parents, Simon and Lorraine Lemay; sisters Laura and Kimberly and brother Lucas. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles Street, Winnipeg, with Rev. Fr. Paul Tinguely, presiding. Interment will follow in St. Charles Roman Catholic Parish Cemetery.

J was such a good man. I am proud to have been friends with him. He saved my daughter's life at the Pan-Am pool the time some bullies were trying to drown her. Typically Jason... always thinking of others and putting himself between them and trouble. I loved him like the brother I never had. My name is Andy Archibald, he was one of my very first friends. We went to nursery school together and were neighbours on CFB Winnipeg in the mid 1970's. He, myself and Ashley Slater were all mates during that time. I moved to Ontario in 1978 and haven't seen him since.
