REVEREND CANON DENIS W. ROBERTS The Reverend Canon Denis W. Roberts passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Personal Care Home, Brandon, on Thursday, July 30, 2009. Denis was born on October 1, 1928, son of Bill and Clara Roberts. He served in many parishes in Manitoba. Our love and prayers to our parishioners and friends. He was predeceased by his son Michael. He is survived by his wife Margaret, five children and their families. The funeral service will be held at the St. James Anglican Church in Rivers, MB on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Curtis officiating. Interment will follow at the Rivers Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the St. James Anglican Church, Box 279, Rivers, MB R0K 1X0.
