JACQUELINE OLIVE LABINE May 7, 1928 - August 2, 2009 Wife of Captain J. Maurice (Mo) Labine (Air Canada). It is with great sadness that our family announces the peaceful passing of Jacqueline Olive (Cunningham) Labine on August 2, 2009 after a lengthy illness at Cama Woodlands Long Term Care at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of J. Maurice Labine, married 52 years. Devoted mother of Andrea Strother, Joanne Plavicheanu and Peter Labine. Proud grandmother of Kendra, Jade, Ryan, Casandra, Alexander and Joshua. Sister-in-law of Jean Cunningham of Winnipeg. Predeceased by her parents, Roy Cunnigham and Olive (Sheppard) Cunnigham and her brother Douglas of Winnipeg. The family wishes to acknowledge the kindness extended by the doctors, nurses and staff at Cama Woodlands Long Term Care. Visitation will be held at W. John Thomas Funeral Home, 244 Victoria St. E., Alliston from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 190 King St. S., Alliston on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. If so desired memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated. www.thomasfuneralhome.ca
