Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID LLOYD ROSE Suddenly August 9, 2009 after a lengthy illness it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Lloyd Rose at the age of 53. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Christine McDuffe, (Robert). Grandchildren: Sara, Megan and Riley. Brothers and sister: Robert Mantel. Brian Rose, Kerol Rose. Many nieces and nephews: Willy, Charlie, Lisa, Tineke, Dirk and Charlene. Also numerous friends and extended family as well. Dave is predeceased by his parents William (Bill), and Marjorie (Marg) Rose. A special thank you to Valerie McInnis (The dragon Lady) for all her help and support throughout the years. A big thank you to Dr. Navaratam and Nurse Lori at the CancerCare in Health Sciences Centre. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 14 2009 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Reception will follow. Dave - you were one of a kind, with a heart of gold. How we would love to hear one of your stories right now. You had a way of putting things like no one else. You were a great guy and a true friend.
