Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY (MARGARET) WYLIE (nee WOWK) On August 12, 2009 Mary, age 86, completed her earthly journey at the Grace Hospital with her son at her side. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Anne Wowk, brothers, sisters and husband Jack. She is survived by son John (Veryl), special friend Lloyd Gilbert, grandchildren Lance, Darryl (Candace), Lorie (Eddie). Great grandchildren Brenten, Brandon, Anna, Caitlin and Ryan. Mary was born in Sifton, Manitoba and came to Winnipeg in 1939. She worked at Dents Meats., C.P.R. and the Fort Garry Hotel. For many enjoyable years, Mary was a resident of McClure Place. She was known as Nannie to her family and will be sadly missed. Her love for her family was displayed in her willingness to always lend a hand with daily tasks until the past years, when due to her health, the roles became reversed. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses for the care she received at Concordia, Seven Oaks and Grace Hospital.
