Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECILE MARIE LEPAGE (née TRUDEL) Our mother, grandmother, sister and aunt has gone home where there is no more pain. Cécile passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2009 at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 74 years. Remaining to forever cherish Cécile's memory are her two daughters Elizabeth Lepage and Christine Lepage (Philip Schmidt); grandchildren Joseph, Robert, Aimee, Marc and Brigitte. Also left to mourn are brothers, sisters and many, many nieces and nephews. Cécile loved them all and enjoyed even the briefest visits or conversations on the phone. She was predeceased by her parents Marie and Joseph Armand; grandparents whom she loved dearly and her husband of 46 years, Paul John. Cécile was born on April 9, 1935 in Winnipeg where she lived and raised and cared for her family most of her life. God spared her for this life many times from the age of eight years old. Although we will miss her terribly, we know by the faith she taught us, that we will be reunited once again. Prayers will be held on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3390 Portage Avenue at Rouge Road. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. also in the Church with Rev. Fr. Gerald Langevin, presiding. A private family interment will follow. The family would like to thank all of our family for the help, prayers and visits they gave us during the many health challenges Mom had to endure. A special thanks to Doris who is the rock of the family and keeps us strong. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cécile's memory may be made to the Sisters Adorers of the Precious Blood, 1495 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, MB, R3T 2C6 or Chez Nous Inc, 187 Rue de la Cathédrale, Winnipeg, MB, R2H 3C6.
