SHIRLEY-ANNE FROBISHER It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Shirley-Anne Frobisher on Monday, August 24, 2009 at the Victoria General Hospital. Shirley-Anne was predeceased by her parents Martha and Horace Frobisher and will be lovingly remembered by her sister Darlene (Rick); her brother Doug (Karen) and their children Brian (Stacey), Jared; and her brother Paul. Shirley-Anne was born on February 8, 1966, and lived most of her life at the St. Amant Centre where she was loved by both residents and staff. The love and support of the staff given to Shirley-Anne during her time there will always be remembered by her family. The family would also like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the 4th floor of the Victoria General Hospital for the care given to her during her brief stay. Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service celebrating Shirley-Anne's life will be held on Friday, August 28 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel at the St. Amant Centre, 440 River Road. Interment will follow in the St. Vital Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations may be made to the St. Amant Foundation, 440 River Road, Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9.
