ELIZABETH CURRIE KEDDIE July 1, 1914 - August 31, 2009 Peacefully on August 31, 2009 at Oakview Place, with her caregiver and dear friend at her side, Elizabeth passed away at the age of 95 years. Elizabeth was predeceased by her beloved parents Pte. John Keddie (Agnes Henderson), uncles and aunts Deans Keddie (Teenie), Mary Waugh Livingstone (Thomas Wallace), cousins Christina Irvine, Thomas, Sarah, Thomas James, and cousin-in-law John. She leaves to cherish her memory her cousins Marilyn, Mary, cousin in-law Elsie. Elizabeth had a great love for classical music, the ballet and animals. Donations in her memory can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. A Memorial Service will be held on October 14, 2009 at Oakview Place, 2395 Ness Ave. at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Celebration of Life and Interment will take place at a later date. A special thank you to her caregivers and to all of her friends at Oakview Place.
