DENISE GOUSSEAU (nee PELLAND) Peacefully, on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the Foyer Valade. Denise was predeceased by her husband Léon, her mother Marie Thérèse (nee Turenne), her father Norbert, her step-mother Germaine and two half-sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Norbert, Gisèle (Rick), Marc, Thérèse (Peter) and Jocelyne (John); her grandchildren: Philip, Stephan, Sean and Nicole. Denise is also survived by Lucille (Till), Thérèse, Gilles, Claudette and Yalande, as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Foyer Valade and the staff for their care and compassion. Special thanks to Ovide and Jeannette Gousseau for the support in Mom's last days. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9 at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A reception to celebrate Mom's life will take place at a later date.
