MARY LYNNE HAYES (nee Smith) It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mary Lynne Hayes on Friday, September 4, 2009 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 67 years. Remaining to forever cherish Mary's memory are her husband Roger; sons, Bob and Bill; granddaughter, Kyla; ex-daughter-in-law, Mona; brother, David; sister Anne; and many dear friends. In compliance with Mary's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3. Cards or letters indicating how Mary touched your life would be greatly appreciated by the family.

To Roger and Sons: I will always remember Mary as such a bright and beautiful woman. Her sense of whimsy and humour along with being specific and focussed made her a wonderful creative soul to be engaged with. I send you all my love and compassion for this time of grieving her passing and trust that her living memory will dwell in your hearts and in the many who held her in such high regard.
