WALDO (GARY) JABEZ HAYDEN On September 9, 2009, surrounded by his loved ones, Gary left this world for a better place. We would like to thank all the staff at the H.S.C., beginning with the Children's Hospital in 1980, the transplant team since 2003 and the wonderful staff at the MICU. A special thank-you to Auntie Cathy, and nurses Shannon and Anna for their gentle, loving care and tremendous support. In lieu of flowers, please fill in your donor cards. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on September 18, at 11:00 a.m. at Voyage Funeral Home at 220 Hespeler Ave.
