Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARCEL JOSEPH OVILA BRUNEAU 1940 - 2009 Suddenly at his residence on September 6, 2009, Marcel Joseph Ovila Bruneau passed away at the age of 68. Marcel is survived by his children Sheri (Bill) and Marc; grandchildren Adam, Kyla and Kate-Lynne. Marcel was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Bernadette, sister Stevie, brother Maurice, sisters-in-law Evelyn and Patty. Marcel will be sadly missed by his brothers George, Albert (Amanda), Rene (Lena), Joe, Elvis (Anna), sisters Evelyn (Dave), Mona (Roland), Margaret (Sandy), Louise (Bill); several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Marcel was born in DeSalaberry Municipality Manitoba on October 29, 1940. He moved to Winnipeg with his family at a young age. He grew up in the North End of Winnipeg, where he attended Sisler High School. Marcel worked for Coldstream for over 30 years. In his spare time Marcel enjoyed ten pin bowling. Upon his retirement in 2007 he would enjoy driving out to visit his family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation.

Saying goodbye to one of the kindest men is hard to do. This was a man that was loved by everyone who met him. When my uncle Marcel helped me, I knew that the Bruneau family would always be there.
