Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAGANETHA (NETTIE) FRIESEN January 18, 1917 - September 10, 2009 Nettie Friesen, aged of 92 years, of the Emerson Personal Care Home formerly of Altona and Halbstadt, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2009. Nettie leaves to mourn her two sons: Norman (Joyce) and Ken (Darlene); three daughters: Dorothy (Norman) Brown, Elvina (Henry) Hiebert, Irma (Lorne) Driedger; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ernest Friesen; two sons: Gilbert and Raymond; one daughter-in-law: Dorothy; and grandson Shaun Friesen. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 14, 2:00 p.m. at the Bergthaler Mennonite Church in Altona, Manitoba. Interment will take place in the Halbstadt Cemetery. Viewing will be held Saturday, September 12 at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.
