KATHERINE LYNN LANG (nee KING) On September 13, 2009, at the Health Sciences Centre, our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and cherished friend was lifted away to be with the angels at the age of 49 years. Kathy was predeceased by her father Matthew King and sisters, Leslie and Rae-Ellen. Kathy is survived by her children, Kelly, Brent and Luke; four grandchildren, Bradley, Austin, Zack and Devlin; mother Eleanor (Leonard); sisters, Nadine (Tim), Connie (Dave) and Lenore; brothers, Lorne, Matt, Allen (Helen) and Gerry (Kathy) and she was a dearest aunt to many nieces and nephews. Kathy was predeceased on the day of her death by her nephew Billy; following a motor vehicle accident in BC. Kathy was held dear by the Lang family throughout the years. A most wonderful friend to many, Kathy enjoyed her various interests of music, shopping, reading and computers; using the electronic world to be in touch with the folks so very important to her. She was a rare and special spirit; Kathy will be remembered and loved always by those known to her. We who loved Kathy will hold in her our hearts forever. Sadly we will gather at the Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2009. Interment Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery.
