Dianna's strength and memory will live on and be cherished by her sons Danny and Terry (Sherry), daughter Tami (Jim) Forbister and her grandchildren Randy, David and Megan. Born on August 25, 1945 Mom grew up in Tyndall where she attended school and later met our Dad. They were married in 1962 and resided on the family farm outside of Beausejour until her passing. In addition to raising her family, she tended to the farm until the late 1970s when she rejoined the work force, starting her career at the local grocery stores in the meat department. She then left to work at Super Store in Winnipeg only to return to the local Co-op as a Cashier. She retired in 2007 but continued to work part time doing product demos. She also found a love in hosting many bus trips to the gambling casinos in the States with Dad, making many new friends. Our Mom was a Jill of all Trades never afraid to tackle a new challenge. She loved to sew, garden, decorate, crochet, line dance and most of all cook. She was also a member of the Ruby Rainbow Red Hat Society. She was always willing to help anyone in need and her home was always warm and inviting. Her love for those she considered her family was unmatched and will never be replaced. The family wishes to express our heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional staff at the Beausejour Hospital whose compassion and caring during her trying time was unsurpassed. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 19 at 2:30 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue East, Beausejour, MB.
