DONNA AMELIA YAKIMISCHAK (CALLON CARLTON) With great sadness, the family of Donna Yakimischak announces her passing at the Riverview Health Centre on August 21, 2009. Donna was born on May 10, 1946. She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and William. Our beloved Donna leaves to mourn her sister Barbara (Barbie); brother Myron; aunts, many cousins and friends. Donna had achieved her Manitoba Teacher's Certificate from the University of Manitoba and taught in rural schools. She was not blessed with good health for most of her life, but was blessed with a great sense of humour, superb artistic flair, style and inquisitive mind and intelligence, was dependable and very caring. A graveside service for Donna will be held on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the All Saints Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB. The family would like to thank the staff at the Riverview Health Centre and those who she was in contact with there as well as other health care givers over the past years.
