Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEVIN BRUCE MILNE October 19, 1956 September 16, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Kevin on September 16, 2009. Left to cherish his memory and free spirit beloved wife Jo-Anne, daughter Carla (Richard) and his precious granddaughters Makenzie (4) and Kyley (1), also his children Amy and Bruce, mother Joy, brother George (Theresa), sisters Colleen (Bill), Shelley (Bill) and Judy, also numerous nieces and nephews and so many dear friends and of course his side kick, his beloved cat Junior. Kevin had been a longtime employee of Gardewine North for the past 30 years. If you were ever looking for Kevin, safe to say you would find him in the field, his true love was farming with Ken and James. Kevin's favourite time of the year was harvest time, he looked so forward to it every year. Kevin also enjoyed his hunting trips out to Rossburn with his friend Karpo. Kevin was also always happiest when there were lots of people around him; he always said the more the merrier . Kevin always had a smile on his face especially when his grandchildren were around; they held such a special place in his heart and him in theirs. Kevin has been most happy lately since moving out to his country dream home. He would always say now look around, now this is heaven ! We love you dearly and you will be missed greatly. Kevin was predeceased by his father Bruce and his very close friend Ron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund set up for his granddaughters in memory of Grandpa Kevin. Cheques may be made payable to Makenzie Hawkins and dropped off at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home or donations may also be made to the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter, 3062 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3K 0Y1 Honorary Pallbearers James Maes, Ken Maes, Rob Maes, Barry Ladobruk, Lawrence Meservier, Karpo Koloski, Bob Bonne.
