Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNETTIE MALMGREN It is with deep sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of Nettie, beloved wife of Alan, at the Grace Hospital on Monday, September 21, 2009. Nettie is survived by her husband Alan, sisters: Anne and Katherine and many nieces and nephews: Kenneth, Michael, Candice, Sandra, Ronald, Jean, Garry, Lori, Susan, Linda, Carol, Gordon and Donna. Nettie grew up in West Kildonan and spent 45 years working at Sheas / Labatts Breweries and Southam Publishing as the payroll supervisor. Nettie and her husband Alan were members of Rossmere Golf Club. They loved travelling and spent many great holidays in many parts of the world. Nettie enjoyed many years playing bridge in several bridge clubs. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, 105 - 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6 or a charity of your choice.
